Are you passionate about optimizing production and driving continuous improvement? We're looking for a creative problem-solver to work closely with our manufacturing team to boost efficiency and reduce waste. Here's what you'll be doing:

• Team up with manufacturing to dive into time studies, balance production lines, and uncover areas for optimization.
• Design and roll out innovative processes that make everything run smoother, faster, and more efficiently.
• Lead projects that use Industrial Engineering (IE) and lean principles to make a real impact.
• Develop smart control systems to tackle costs and keep production issues at bay.
• Work with leadership to set production standards that keep things on track.
• Conduct audits to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness are top-notch.
• Get involved with New Product Introductions (NPI) and lend your expertise to improve production processes.
• Help refine business processes and monitor key metrics to keep us on the right path.
• Train and inspire your colleagues with fresh new processes, and update materials to keep everyone in the loop.

Other stuff we look for:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 10+ years experience in Industrial Engineering or manufacturing
• 3 years experience in leading improvement projects and in quality and safety audits.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and strong problem-solving skills.
• A passion for data analytics (a plus!).
• A Lean Six Sigma mindset that thrives on making continuous improvements.
