Primary Function
Under general direction, monitors, tracks, evaluates and resolves energy and CAISO statement discrepancies and operations reporting including review and validation to support the district's power supply portfolio, contract obligations, policies and procedures; performs accounting functions and assists with the administrations of request for offer processes, performs accounting and settlement functions of the procurement of power and natural gas, ongoing correspondence with counterparties including performance tracking and duties which support the power supply procurement process. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, finance, economics or related field and two years of increasingly responsible professional experience in economics, accounting and financial planning, forecasting and budgeting in a public organization.
Licensing & Certification Requirements
Veteran's Preference (External Applicants Only): Submit DD form 214 or other evidence of veterans' status by the job posting deadline.

A negative drug test is required as a condition of employment.
