Job Description:
- Deliver precise radiation treatment to patients as per the prescribed treatment plan.
- Collaborate with oncologists and medical physicists to ensure accurate delivery of radiation therapy.
- Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Monitor patient responses during treatment and make necessary adjustments as required.
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on the latest advancements in radiation therapy.
