Le Directeur, Donnes et IA est un leader technique et stratgique qui pilotera les initiatives de donnes et d'IA de l'organisation, avec un accent particulier sur les agents IA, l'IA gnrative et d'autres applications d'IA. VOS RESPONSABILITS :
Contribuer et excuter la stratgie de donnes et d'IA de l'organisation, en mettant l'accent sur les agents IA, l'IA gnrative et d'autres applications d'IA : dfinir les objectifs de livraison et la feuille de route des initiatives en donnes et IA, en garantissant leur alignement avec les objectifs et indicateurs commerciaux globaux.
Dvelopper et maintenir les indicateurs de performance et de cot des plateformes de donnes et d'IA.
Diriger l'quipe IA : constituer et encadrer une quipe d'ingnieurs MLOps et d'autres spcialistes, en favorisant un environnement collaboratif et performant.
Collaborer avec le responsable de l'ingnierie des donnes pour excuter la stratgie de donnes et d'IA.
Identifier et prioriser les opportunits en donnes et IA : travailler avec les parties prenantes de Plusgrade (Finance, Juridique, RH, Technologie, Oprations) pour exploiter les donnes des fins d'analytique avance et d'IA afin de gnrer de la valeur commerciale.
Superviser le dveloppement et le dploiement des solutions en donnes et IA : grer le cycle de vie complet des projets, de l'idation la mise en production et au suivi.
Assurer la qualit et la gouvernance des donnes : tablir et appliquer des normes de qualit et des pratiques de gouvernance pour garantir l'exactitude, l'intgrit et la scurit des donnes.
Suivre les tendances mergentes en donnes et IA : surveiller les dernires avances en science des donnes, intelligence artificielle et apprentissage automatique, et identifier des opportunits d'application.
Construire et entretenir des relations avec les parties prenantes cls : collaborer avec les dirigeants d'entreprise, l'informatique, la scurit et autres parties prenantes pour garantir l'alignement et le soutien aux initiatives en donnes et IA.
Communiquer efficacement avec des audiences techniques et non techniques : traduire des concepts techniques complexes en un langage clair et accessible tous les intervenants.
VOTRE PROFIL :
Diplme avanc dans un domaine pertinent : Maitrise ou Doctorat en informatique, science des donnes, statistiques ou discipline connexe.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Director, Data and AI is a technical and strategic leader who will drive the organization's Corporate data and AI initiatives, with a focus on AI Agents, Generative AI, and other AI applications. This role requires a deep understanding of data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, as well as the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful data and AI projects, building high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of innovation.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Contribute and execute the organization's data and AI strategy, with a focus on AI Agents, Generative AI, and other AI applications: Define the delivery goals, and roadmap for data and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and metrics.
Develop and maintain performance and cost metrics of data and AI platform
Lead the AI team: Build and mentor a team of MLOps Engineers, and other specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Collaborate with the Data Engineering leader to help execute the Data and AI strategy Identify and prioritize data and AI opportunities: Collaborate with Plusgrade's business stakeholders (Finance, Legal, HR and Technology, Business Operations) to identify opportunities to leverage data for advanced analytics and AI to drive business value.
Oversee the development and deployment of data and AI solutions: Manage the full lifecycle of data and AI projects, from ideation to deployment and monitoring.
Ensure data quality and governance: Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance practices, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
Stay abreast of emerging data and AI trends: Monitor the latest developments in data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, and identify opportunities to apply them to the organization.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders: Collaborate with business leaders, IT, corporate security and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for data and AI initiatives.

YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH:
Advanced degree in a relevant field: Master's or Ph.D. in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related discipline
Extensive experience in data and AI: Proven track record of leading successful data and AI projects, with a deep understanding of data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, especially in AI Agents, Generative AI, and other AI applications.
