Lead QA Analyst

UAT Test Lead
Seeking an energetic, well organized UAT Lead to schedule, coordinate and facilitate UAT for a new ERP implementation.

MUST HAVE:

• 6+ years' experience as a UAT Tester including recent lead experience
• Project management and planning skills experience
• QA manual testing experience
• Coordinating with QA and development teams on defects and questions
• Coordinating and/or participating in UAT sessions
• Defect tracking using automated tools (TFS/QC/Sharepoint)
• Experience planning UAT sessions with business users, managing UAT Deployment testing efforts, and providing UAT 'Status' reports
• Scheduling and coordinating logistics
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills in order to facilitate sessions with users
