- Incident and Problem Management as defined in the Attachment 1: Detailed Service Statement RACI matrix below
- Active monitoring of network components (LAN & WAN) and proactive engagement to mitigate failure
- Implementing services and standards for all network services based on Client/ Customer policies, procedures, and requirements
- Monitoring, recommending, and implementing approved network capacity thresholds
- Recommending WAN / LAN/ VPN requirements based on industry best practices
- Providing capacity and performance reports of network (LAN & WAN) on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Reporting performance in accordance with service-level requirements as set out in the Agreement and SOW
- Engaging with the network service provider(s) (i.e. carrier(s)) that Client/ Customer may choose from time to time for troubleshooting and ensuring that the circuits are available at desired performance levels
- Network systems management and troubleshooting (e.g. performance, problem, change and capacity monitoring)
- Managing router configurations, IP addresses and related services ( E.g. DNS/DHCP)
- Network Infrastructure Moves, Adds, Changes (IMAC)
- Network Uptime Monitoring & performance management
- Performance Management, including traffic measurement, blocking of traffic overheads and trailers to improve speed, Class of Service management and network optimization turning.
- 3rd party vendor management & coordination for any racking, stacking or cabling activities
- Maintaining updated documentation of the network devices interconnections, upstream provider connectivity and subnet connectivity
- Maintaining the accuracy of the Client/ Customer network inventory on CMDB (ServiceNow) via the change control ticketing process and working with the Client/ Customer asset coordinators
- Troubleshooting connectivity problems and 3rd party service coordination for network closets or offices, desk ports, etc.
- Troubleshooting connectivity problems to the end point/end user devices
- Network Security Management (non-data center)
- Identifying and managing security mechanisms, service levels and management requirements of all network services
- Firewall management
- Applying required and approved security patches in consultation with ADS
- Performing required and approved configuration remediation in consultation with ADS
- Vulnerability Management
- Running vulnerability scans using tools provided by ADS SecOps team
- Identifying Vulnerabilities and providing remediation
- Monthly evaluations of vulnerabilities
- Re-running vulnerability scans using tools provided by ADS SecOps team and provide results demonstrating remediation
