Key Responsibilities:
- Provide visionary leadership to promote a positive school culture and climate that supports students and staff.
- Evaluate and support faculty through regular observations and feedback to promote continued professional growth.
- Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and the broader community.
- Maintain a structured and equitable discipline program that fosters accountability and a productive learning environment.
- Assess and interpret student data to drive academic growth, achievement and equity
- Support the development of the school schedule and facilitate appropriate student placement yearly.
- Ensure compliance with all district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or above in Educational Leadership
- Valid Illinois administrative license.
- Minimum of five years of teaching and prior administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire educators and students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to fostering a rigorous learning environment.
