Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst to join our team supporting the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) J2. This critical role involves leading the analysis and support of all-source intelligence products, with a strong emphasis on Electronic Intelligence (ELINT). You will provide strategic insights and operational support through intelligence analysis, reporting, intelligence operations, international engagements, exercises, ISR synchronization, and intelligence planning.
Your contributions will be key to ensuring effective coordination and operational support for USCENTCOM components, deployed forces, DoD agencies, and Combatant Commands around the world. In addition to technical expertise, you will provide leadership in IT support, facilities management, training, and Special Security Office (SSO) support to ensure seamless mission operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- ELINT Analysis: Lead the collection, processing, and analysis of electronic intelligence data to provide actionable insights for operational planning and decision-making.
- All-Source Intelligence Analysis: Contribute to the fusion of ELINT with other intelligence disciplines to provide comprehensive assessments and support to USCENTCOM's mission.
- Reporting & Dissemination: Prepare and deliver high-quality intelligence products that meet the needs of USCENTCOM, deployed forces, and Combatant Commands.
- ISR Synchronization: Collaborate on integrating Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) assets and efforts to enhance operational success.
- Intelligence Operations: Coordinate and support intelligence operations, ensuring alignment with USCENTCOM priorities and objectives.
- International Engagements: Facilitate and support international intelligence engagements and partnerships with allied nations and coalition forces.
- Intelligence Planning: Lead or support intelligence planning efforts, ensuring operational requirements are aligned with available intelligence capabilities.
- IT & Facilities Support: Oversee IT and facilities management to ensure optimal support for intelligence operations.
- Training & Security Support: Assist in the development and execution of training programs for personnel, and provide support to the Special Security Office to maintain compliance with security protocols.
- Cross-Functional Support: Provide critical intelligence analysis and products to support operational decisions and inter-agency collaboration.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) analysis, all-source intelligence analysis, or a related field.
- Expertise: Deep knowledge and expertise in ELINT collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. Familiarity with intelligence systems, tools, and platforms related to ELINT operations.
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required.
- Skills:
- Expertise in ELINT platforms, signal intelligence, and electromagnetic spectrum operations.
- Ability to perform in-depth analysis and provide timely, accurate intelligence assessments.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior analysts and lead intelligence operations.
- Proven ability to integrate ELINT data with all-source intelligence products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise intelligence reports.
- Experience with ISR synchronization and intelligence planning processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Security Studies, or related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Extensive experience supporting USCENTCOM or similar military entities and operations in the Central Command area of responsibility.
- Familiarity with electromagnetic spectrum operations and associated intelligence platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of intelligence systems and tools for ELINT and ISR operations.
- Proven ability to work in joint, multinational environments and manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Special Security Office and related security protocols.
