Job Description:
The Data Analyst will focus on reporting, analytics, and audits to ensure accounts and projects function as intended. This role requires database querying, troubleshooting, and responding to auditor requests, with a strong emphasis on credit card data analysis.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Generate and analyze reports (manual and automated) to validate account functionality.
• Conduct audits to ensure data and project outcomes align with expectations.
• Monitor data trends throughout the day and flag inconsistencies.
• Query databases to confirm data accuracy and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage requests from external and banking auditors, providing only the necessary data.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:
  
  • Knowledge of financial systems and credit card processes.
  • Experience performing data analysis in the credit card industry.
  • 1+ years of experience running reports and queries using Oracle & SQL.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial datasets.
  • Experience in reporting, analytics, and audits.
  • Familiarity with risk management processes.
• Nice-to-Haves:
  
  • Experience mapping credit card data into a database.
  • Understanding of data file structures and retrieval.
  • Proficiency with Excel, including Macros
