We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced IT Infrastructure Manager who is deeply passionate about cloud technologies and has a proven track record of leading organizations through transformative cloud adoption, particularly to Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise and vision to influence stakeholders, champion the value of cloud solutions, and drive rapid organizational change to achieve cloud-first objectives. This role will be based in our Burnsville, MN office.

Job Responsibilities:
Cloud Strategy and Transformation
- Lead the organization's transition to Microsoft Azure, developing and executing a comprehensive cloud adoption strategy.
- Advocate for cloud technologies and clearly communicate their value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define cloud governance, security, and cost management policies.
- Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of innovation and agility across the organization.
Enterprise Cybersecurity and Disaster Recovery
- Lead the development and implementation of enterprise cybersecurity strategies, ensuring robust protection of IT systems and data.
- Oversee the creation and management of disaster recovery and business continuity plans, leveraging cloud-first solutions to enhance resiliency.
- Implement security measures aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and incident response drills.
- Monitor emerging security threats and proactively adapt policies and technologies to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a secure and compliant infrastructure.
Leadership and Team Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing IT infrastructure team with a focus on cloud capabilities.
- Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance goals for the team.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure the team remains at the forefront of emerging cloud technologies and practices.
Strategic Planning and Execution
- Develop IT infrastructure strategies that prioritize scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Drive projects and initiatives to modernize the organization's infrastructure, including cloud migrations and hybrid solutions.
- Manage budgets and resources to deliver cloud and infrastructure projects on time and within financial constraints.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business leaders to align cloud and infrastructure goals with organizational objectives.
- Establish strong partnerships with external vendors, negotiating contracts and managing service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing insights on emerging technologies and industry trends.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee the performance, security, and availability of cloud and on-premise systems.
- Implement robust disaster recovery, business continuity, and data protection plans for hybrid environments.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
- Develop and enforce governance frameworks for cloud adoption and usage.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years focused on cloud transformation and Microsoft Azure.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure DevOps, Azure AD, and Azure Resource Manager.
- Proficiency in cloud architecture, hybrid environments, and migration strategies.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure frameworks, such as ITIL, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Exceptional ability to influence, inspire, and lead change across an organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
