- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
- 2+ years of experience in the telecom industry
- Experience with telecom tax systems
- Awareness of telecom tax systems (e.g., Vertex, Taxware) would be added advantage
- Analyze and document business requirements for telecom tax processes and systems
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Design, test and document the solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in telecom tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
