This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to provide training and support services for the 3M Coordinator, 365 Program Manager, and all Commander, Naval Surface Force, Atlantic (CNSL) 3M Coordinators to ensure the effective operation and support of the 3M system. This position is critical in maintaining liaison with Afloat Training Group (ATG) and Maintenance University (MU) instructors, conducting program validation assessments, and providing technical assistance to ships' reporting processes. Travel may be required.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Provide subordinate units and personnel training on:
    • Afloat Maintenance Data System (MDS)
    • Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS)
    • SKED fundamentals
    • Automated Work Notification (AWN)
    • Ship's Naval Tactical Command Support System (R-Admin, R-Supply, and Organizational Maintenance Management System - Next Generation (OMMS-NG))
    • Mission Readiness Assessment System
    • Ashore MDS
    • Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) Family of Systems
    • Advanced Industrial Management for Regional Maintenance Centers (RMC)
    • Validation, Screening, and Brokering (VSB)
    • Maintenance Resource Management System (MRMS)
    • Planned Maintenance System Management Information System (PMSMIS)
    • 3M 365 Family of Tools: Virtual Snapshot, CSMP Reconciliation, CSMP Self-Sufficiency, Division Review Tool
  • Report lessons learned and findings to N43C within seven days of completing 3M assist visits for all CNSL ships
  • Provide status updates and report technical issues related to all 3M Coordinators across the CNSL domain to N43C as required
  • Act as an on-site subject matter expert, responding to in-person, telephone, or email inquiries concerning 3M/365 Program Training during normal business hours, unless engaged in off-site training duties


Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Subject Matter Expert in Navy 3M Systems, policies, and procedures
  • Demonstrated experience in providing training and support for Afloat Maintenance Data System (MDS) and Preventive Maintenance Systems (PMS)
  • Proficiency in training personnel on SKED fundamentals, Automated Work Notification (AWN), and Ship's Naval Tactical Command Support System (R-Admin, R-Supply, and OMMS-NG)
  • Experience conducting and reporting on 3M assist visits, including lessons learned and findings
  • Ability to generate and deliver reports on Mission Readiness Assessment System, Ashore MDS, MFOM Family of Systems, RMC, VSB, MRMS, and PMSMIS
  • Proficiency in utilizing the 3M 365 Family of Tools: Virtual Snapshot, CSMP Reconciliation, CSMP Self-Sufficiency, and Division Review Tool
  • Experience maintaining and submitting status reports on technical issues related to 3M Coordinators across the CNSL domain
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively train and support personnel
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple training sessions and assessments
  • Must be able to travel as required for training and assessments
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience as a 3M Coordinator or Maintenance Manager within the U.S. Navy
  • Experience with NAVSEA, shipyards, supply centers, TYCOMS, or other naval maintenance activities
  • Familiarity with Training and Instructional Support for 3M System Coordinators


Security Clearance:
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

Salary Description

$80,000 - $135,000
