About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of four sales professionals. In this role, you will utilize your hands-on sales experience to drive team success, build relationships, and contribute directly to our company's growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, guide, and manage the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Hands-On Support: Leverage your technical sales expertise to provide practical day-to-day leadership and guidance.
  • Technical Sales Excellence: Lead efforts in areas like computer networking, construction sales, service sales, or electrical systems.
  • Contract Negotiation: Develop and finalize building service contracts with a focus on cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and market presence.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with your team to maintain high morale and achieve shared goals.


Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a sales team, preferably in the electrical or construction industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in technical sales, electrical system sales, or mechanical sales.
