Drilling Specialist

Audubon is currently seeking a Drilling Specialist to be part of a project team headquartered in Houston, TX. The Drilling Specialist's responsibilities will lead drilling operations to success.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicating with operators.
• Generating well design and drilling plans.
• Directing drilling activities and managing personnel.
• Planning drilling operations for oil and gas wells.
• Supervising the drilling team and ensuring that drilling operations are carried out safely and efficiently.
• Providing technical support and making recommendations to improve drilling processes.
• Evaluating well data and preparing reports to support decision-making processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize well performance.
• Staying up-to-date on industry regulations and advancements and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Experience managing large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of drilling systems and equipment design.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of success in the drilling industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of drilling processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and drilling software applications
