Job Description
Job Title: Operating Room Nurse - Cardiovascular

Job Specialty: Operating Room / Circulate, Open Heart Surgery, Cardiovascular Operating Room Nurse

Job Duration: 16 weeks

Shift: Days

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of current open-heart surgical experience

License: Registered Nurse (RN)

Certifications: BLS and ACLS

Must-Have: Experience with DaVinci Robot, minimal requested time off, and willingness to work or take call during upcoming holidays

Job Description:
- Work 40 hours per week with five 8-hour shifts starting at 6:00 a.m.
- Required to work every 3rd to 4th weekend.
- 1 to 2 days of call per week, including Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) call.
- Primarily work in CVOR but must float to General Operating Room if there are no open-heart cases.
- Open-heart experience of at least two years is required.
- Priority consideration for candidates willing to cover holidays.
- Position requires a quick start and is urgent.
