Location: Indianapolis, IN (NW Side of Indianapolis)
FULLY IN OFFICE What You'll Do As the COO, you will:

• Develop and implement strategies to scale operations across multiple locations.
• Oversee daily business activities, including project management, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to define and achieve long-term goals.
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of department heads, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure high standards of quality and service.
• Drive innovation by adopting new technologies and methodologies in construction.
