Overview
We are currently hiring an Analyst to join our People Operations team to support our onboarding compliance processes across the entire organization. This person will work closely with the Manager, Onboarding and various departments. They will assist in employee onboarding and compliance process improvements and documentation. This person will be heavily involved in our background checks, drug screens, e-verification systems and practices. This is inclusive of assisting in policy writing and process build, and training. There will be additional opportunities for compliance projects that require support for the entire organization from time to time.
The ideal candidate for this role is organized, process driven and has a great attention to detail. They must be comfortable working independently, with the flexibility to change priorities, as the needs of the department change. A strong working knowledge of Excel and overall computer skills as well as a variety of HRIS systems. The perfect person for this role will also be able to handle a fast-paced work environment while being able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
This role pays a yearly salary of $80,000 to $90,000.

Responsibilities
- Build the onboarding actions for background checks and e-verification process while assisting to steer new hires and business partners through the process.
- Support the project analyst in the implementation of the new background check and E-Verify system.
- Create training for all managers and new hires for the new background check and E-Verify system.
- Evaluate and implement tools to help maintain data integrity surrounding compliance policies for onboarding.
- Ability to run reports and digest data globally.
- Able to work cross functionally with onboarding team, business partners and employees and drive improvements.
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy with highly confidential data.
- Demonstrate experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving by identifying gaps in processes and developing problem solving techniques.
- Prepare and update communication materials related to onboarding and compliance.
- Monitor activities impacted by regulatory requirements related to the organization's governance, industry, and location specific laws that pertain to New Hires and Internal Transfers.
- Update or create policies and procedures as it pertains to compliance for people operations based on government requirements.
- Audit compliance related activities by developing a strong systematic practice and delegate tasks to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation within all aspects of HR processes.
- Occasional bending, lifting 15-20 pounds, sitting, exposure to multiple external elements, extensive walking through the building.
- Other Duties Assigned, Travel Required - 10%
Qualifications
- At least 3 Years of Experience working in HR Compliance processes and projects
- At least 5 Years of Experience working in and HR Operations or Onboarding Role
- At least 5 Years of Experience working with Microsoft Tools specifically Excel
- Experience in HRIS Systems
- Experience in Educating on Compliance
- Experience Supporting Policy Writing
