Job Title: Social Services Professional
Job Specialty: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Case Management Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in case management as an RN or strong hospital case management experience as an LCSW
License: Valid state license required prior to submission
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Must-Have: Flu vaccination required (no exemptions)
Job Description:
- Accepting applications from LCSWs or registered nurses with case management experience.
- Responsibilities include hospital case management with no on-call or weekend requirements.
- No float requirement is necessary for this role.
- Open to first-time travelers with relevant experience.
- Remote work not permitted; must be within a 60-mile radius of the facility.
- Required to provide two supervisor references.
- Orientation consists of 28 hours at a specified non-billable rate.
- Mandatory completion of modules, estimated at an average of 12 hours, pre-start and potentially during orientation.
- Compliance with request time off policies is mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable with the possibility of no interview before employment.
