Sterling OMS Support Engineer

We are seeking a Sterling OMS Support Engineer to join our team on a strategic business transformation project. In this role, you will support, design, build, and configure applications to meet business requirements and ensure system performance. You will collaborate with multiple teams, act as a subject matter expert, and play a key role in decision-making.
ey Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for Sterling OMS Version 10, ensuring system stability and seamless order management.
• Manage and troubleshoot inventory functions within Sterling OMS, maintaining accurate stock levels across systems.
• Utilize Sterling Intelligent Promising (SIP) to optimize inventory sourcing and order promising processes.
• Address and resolve incidents related to orders, inventory discrepancies, and system integration issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and configuration updates.
• Maintain technical documentation for workflows, support procedures, and system configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Sterling OMS Version 10 and inventory management modules.
• Expertise with Sterling Intelligent Promising (SIP).
• Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of Java.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Advanced skills in Configuration & Release Management.
• Familiarity with design and build enablement processes.

Education Requirement:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
