Description:
*Experience supporting production applications in an enterprise Linux
environment
*Experience supporting IBM MQ, IBM Websphere, IBM Message Broker, MQ and
XI52
IBM WebSphere MQ Series & IBM Message Broker (IIB), ESQL and Web services
Extensive experience with IBM WebSphere's MQ Series,

Domain: Capital Markets, Risk Management, Anti Money Laundering, KYC, 3rd
Party Products knowledge in Banking Risk Management (Actimize, MetricStream,
Prime etc)

Support Lead / Senior Developer

* Demonstrated experience in supporting production or non-production
environments for multi-tier application built on technology components Java,
Tomcat / Websphere, Oracle, Informatica
* Should have working experience in IBM MQ
* Should have strong experience in UNIX commands & Shell Scripting
* Should have database experience in oracle and good in writing complex
SQL's, understanding stored procedures, triggers & packages
* Should have working experience on Autosys or similar tool
* Knowledge of SCM tool like clearcase, SVN or Git Stash is an added
advantage
* Nice to have working experience of any build automation & continuous
integration tool like Jenkins, Hudson.
* Provide Level3 operational support for production and non-production
environment
* Investigate and Fix user raised incidents
* Investigate and Fix system generated alerts
* Monitor and fix batch cycle issues in non-production environment
* Understand environment provisioning process and different teams involved
* Plan and Coordinate database refresh activities in non-production
* Perform deployments in non-production environments
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent co-ordination skills
* Multitasking and being able to prioritize effectively
* Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment issues
