Delaware North's Patina Restaurant Group is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage for a newly created position at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will oversee the premium dining experience at the ballpark, ensuring exceptional culinary standards and top-notch hospitality. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing upscale, a la carte operations with a strong background in high-volume environments.

Unit Description

Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at Trust Park dating back to 2016 when the 41,500-seat venue opened. The state-of-the-art ballpark is home to Major League Baseball's Atlanta Braves.

Responsibilities

  • Roll out and implement operational standards to elevate service and quality

    Act as a change agent, driving innovation and improvements across the restaurant
  • Lead the turnaround and rebuilding efforts, transforming underperforming areas into high-functioning operations
  • Set and communicate a clear vision for the restaurant's future, aligning the team with overarching goals
  • Establish accountability standards to ensure consistent performance and excellence
  • Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomes


Qualifications

  • A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management preferably at a director level
  • Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
  • Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
  • Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory
