Responsibilities
- Roll out and implement operational standards to elevate service and quality
Act as a change agent, driving innovation and improvements across the restaurant - Lead the turnaround and rebuilding efforts, transforming underperforming areas into high-functioning operations
- Set and communicate a clear vision for the restaurant's future, aligning the team with overarching goals
- Establish accountability standards to ensure consistent performance and excellence
- Monitor progress and hold team members accountable to achieve desired outcomes
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of experience in hospitality management preferably at a director level
- Familiar with various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and point-of-sale systems
- Established assessment and decision-making skills with proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
- Previous experience in large-scale hospitality or related industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred but not mandatory
