- Base Compensation $500,000 (1099),
- Call pay $100,000 (1:7 call)
- Quality bonus $20,000
- Retention bonus $20,000
- Sign-on bonus $50,000 for a 2-year commitment
- 10 weeks scheduled time off
- Malpractice with tail coverage paid
