Job Description:
- Work schedule in accordance with facility policy, including working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.
- Facility features 330 beds with an average of 35 patients daily.
- All sonographers are required to have ARDMS and RVT; unit is staffed 24/7 when positions are filled.
- Utilize GE Logic E10 equipment and Meditech for documentation.
- Scheduled workdays are Monday to Thursday from 2 PM to 10 PM, and Friday from 2 PM to 8:30 PM. Call rotation required on Friday and Saturday nights on a 4-5 week rotation.
- Procedures performed include para, thoras, thyroid biopsies, and general and vascular ultrasounds.
- Adhere to the dress code: Slate Gray uniform.
- Engage with patients using AIDET principles to enhance patient experience.
- The center is known for its supportive management, emphasis on teamwork, and excellent work-life balance.
- Located in a historic city offering diverse cultural attractions and aquatic activities for relaxation during time off.
