Audit Supervisor - 3 Days Remote + Bonus

Job Responsibility:

• Understands the rules, regulations, and Code of Professional Conduct of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA)
• Delegates work to audit staff, audit seniors, supervise work, provide feedback, and evaluate their progress
• Effectively communicates (written and verbal) with clients and peers as needed
• Performs an in-charge role on most client engagements
• Effectively completes the broadest range of accountant tasks so that direct participation of supervisors, managers, or shareholders is kept to a minimum

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related fields is required
• At least 2 - 4 years of experience in audit and assurance or a relevant position
• Industry experience in Construction, Energy & Natural Resources, ERISA, Healthcare, High Net-Worth Family Office, Non-Profit, or Real Estate is considered a PLUS
