We are an ISO certified systems integrator that supports the diverse technical needs of the mass transportation industry. Our primary focus is on system technologies that support vehicles solutions for shuttle, bus and rail systems and the facilities. This is a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves position that requires a professional who is both strategic as well as tactical. As the controller, you will report into the CEO and will oversee accounting, finance, tax, compliance, reporting etc. of our growing company.

Responsibilities include: Financial Planning and Analysis: forecasting, budgeting, driving and reporting efforts around key performance indicators, cash flow projects, P&L, preparing internal financial statements, and working on ad-hoc reporting projects.
  • Oversee the month-end closing process, including all reporting requirements in accordance with GAAP and Long-Term Contract Accounting.
  • Coordinate payroll, VAT, and statutory reporting with external global accounting firm.
  • Maintain quality and timeliness of internal control requirements associated with all financial aspects of the organization.
  • Coordinate and ensure compliance with state, federal, and international tax regulations transfer pricing regimes.
  • Lead all aspects of the accounting function including controls, monthly and quarterly financial reporting, revenue recognition, consolidation, billing & collections, payroll, sales commissions, accounts payable, taxes and stock option accounting.


Essential Functions: Experienced Professional. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact effectively with senior management, management and other functional groups. Strong comprehension skills towards various technologies with the ability and desire to learn other systems.
  • Expert in project accounting
  • Management experience
  • Exceptional technology skills (Odoo Accounting Software highly desired)
  • Proficient with MS Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the capability to explain complex financial issues to non-finance people.
