Sr. System Analyst

Position: Sr. System Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Multiple Locations- Hybrid)
Duration: 36 Months Contract

Technology and Analysis:

• 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst.
• Proficiency in systems analysis, design methods, and techniques.
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing and implementation practices.
• Experience in business operational disciplines, including negotiation, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Knowledge of server and network technologies, data center requirements, and IT security policies.
• Experience in data management (SharePoint Lists, NoSQL databases) and database integration.
• Experience creating custom reports, managing change, and auditing data.
• Proficiency in developing e-learning materials using Adobe Captivate or Articulate Storyline.

nalytical and Communication :

• Understanding of emergency health services and ambulance communications.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, particularly Moodle.
• Understanding of Microsoft technologies.

Project Management and Coordination Skills :

• Knowledge of project management methodologies and analytical tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including multi-year projects.

Industry Experience:

• Microsoft Technology certifications preferred.
• Experience with Moodle is an asset.
• Experience with Public Safety agencies and stakeholders is highly beneficial.
• Experience in 24x7 critical environments and operations.

Must-Haves:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a systems analyst.
• Proven experience with projects in 24x7 critical environments and operations.
• Experience working on the PSRN project.
• Deep understanding of emergency health services and ambulance communications.
