JOB SUMMARY: Support Revenue, Sales & Marketing teams for the Oceania Cruises brand, assist with annual budget, weekly and monthly forecast, reporting and variance analysis.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and compile ticket revenue analyses. Develop monthly revenue forecasts and annual financial projections. Investigate and reconcile variances between revenue projections and actual results.
- Assist in preparation of budget and forecast updates to support all areas under Oceania Cruises Brand President. Including upload of budgets/forecasts and variance analyses of actual results versus budget/forecast and prior year.
- Provide monthly and weekly financial reports for Sales & Marketing and make recommendations to enhance current reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Work with Enterprise Analytics (EA team) and Data Warehouse (DW team) to successfully implement changes and enhancements to legacy reports and new reports for revenue and sales & marketing.
- Work closely with the Data Warehouse team to improve and automate current reporting for the Sales & Marketing team.
- Address inquiries and issues from the Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing team related to reporting.
- Prepare monthly sales & marketing accruals and weekly sales & marketing forecasts.
- Analyze and prepare sales incentive plans and provide monthly updates and tracking.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant background and work experience.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years' experience with financial or business planning. Cruise line or hospitality industry experience preferred. SQL, Tableau, Hyperion and/or Salesforce experience is a plus.
COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
- Advanced-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with special emphasis on Excel spreadsheet analysis.
- Ability to work independently. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and ability to work with all levels and across all functions in the organization.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in analysis and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and reporting.
