• 5 or more years of experience as a financial advisor
• Strong business development and relationship management skills
• Series 63 and 65 licenses
• A proven wealth management practice

Job Description

As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client and family relationships. The role involves delivering a comprehensive wealth management experience with a full-service suite aimed at preserving and growing client wealth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Take an entrepreneurial approach to building your business with the support of our financial professionals.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience by effectively coordinating internal and external resources to provide a holistic wealth management solution, including investments, tax, trust, estate, and philanthropic planning.
• Drive business results by acquiring new assets from existing and new clients.
• Demonstrate strong wealth management acumen in public and private markets, portfolio management, goals-based planning, and estate, tax, and philanthropic planning.
• Utilize technology and resources to meet business deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate information for presentations to clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; CFP, CPA, JD, MBA, and/or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in wealth management in a relationship management/business development role.
• Trained in financial planning, asset allocation, and investments.
• Proven track record of success with strong business acumen.
• Developed community network and established presence.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and engaged listening.
• Excellent time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to thrive in a high-performance culture focused on client centricity.
• Series 65 license required.
