Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)
Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 10-Hour Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Experience: Minimum of 2 years
License: Not required to submit
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
Must-Have: Cath Lab experience, ideally with EP experience
Job Description:
- Join a busy lab performing 15-20 procedures per day.
- Procedures include peripheral vascular intervention, cardiac intervention, and cardiac rhythm management.
- Structural heart experience is beneficial but not required.
- Position involves four ten-hour shifts with rotating on-call duties.
- Standard shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with on-call shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Schedule rotates every six weeks, with one night on-call per week.
- On-call duties extend over the weekend when the call falls on a Friday.
- Days off rotate with a four-day weekend included in the schedule.
- RNs are required to take STEMI call.
- Familiarity with Cerner Corporation - PowerChart for charting is necessary.
- Requires certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
