Position: Sr. System Analyst
Location: Toronto, ON (Multiple Locations- Hybrid)
Duration: 36 Months Contract

Job Description:

• Proficiency in systems analysis and design methods to develop solutions and manage servers and applications.
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing and implementation practices.
• Experience applying theories and practices in voice, data, radio, IT, and satellite telecommunications engineering.
• Expertise in Local Area Network and various network topologies/configurations.
• Experience in systems and business operations, including negotiation, conflict resolution, change management, and project coordination.
• Knowledge of new technologies and trends beneficial to emergency health services.
• bility to use basic Radio Frequency test equipment (e.g., multi-meter, voltmeter, system monitor, analyzer).

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of server and network technologies, hardware, data center requirements, and IT security policies.
• Experience with IP-based telephony systems like Avaya and CTI solutions.
• Familiarity with integrated voice and data switching systems, data communications architecture, radio-trunking systems design, and P25 standards.
• Experience with VHF and UHF radio technologies.
• Proficiency in public safety dispatch systems integration and maintaining interoperability of systems and services.
• Understanding of emergency health services, ambulance communications, operations, and practices.
• Knowledge of current and emerging telecommunications systems technologies in public safety communication environments.
