The role:
The Senior Client Strategy Director will lead and deliver consumer research-based consulting solutions that unlock unparalleled progress for our key clients in the US market. As a key linchpin between developing existing client relationships and supporting future growth initiatives, you'll partner with Client Development to craft strategic account plans, foster long-term relationships, and curate a powerhouse team dedicated to exceeding expectations.

What you'll be doing...
Team Leadership:
- Collaboratively lead account planning to establish a clear path to achieving revenue targets, ensuring input and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
- Regularly report on team performance, highlighting notable successes, key learnings.
- Support Head of Strategy and other Senior Client Strategy Directors/peers in accomplishing departmental KPIs.
Revenue & Team Profit Delivery:
- Achieve retention and growth targets linked to client success within account plans.
Client Engagement, Delivery & Impact:
- Seek to expand the range of contacts we support within a client and own this relationship.
- Establish a joint planning and review process with clients to identify their learning agenda, pain points, and future commitments.
- Deliver high-quality, profitable proposals and solutions that lead to exceptional outcomes.
- Curate a library of value stories showcasing progress unlocked and acknowledged by client stakeholders.
- Develop a pathway towards top-tier relationship building, utilizing Catalyx assets and stakeholders.
What we're looking for:
- Experienced in deploying consumer research, marketing principles & strategy to design and deliver solutions that enable clients to achieve innovation goals.
- Recognised as a strong communicator and presenter, capable of crafting & elevating compelling and actionable solution stories.
- Proven foundations in strategic planning, brand/innovation consulting, or market research (qualitative and/or quantitative, agency or client side).
- Well-versed in client discovery, proposal writing, and solution/project delivery.
- Experience in cultivating long-term client relationships, retaining and expanding business programs.
- Able to coach the team to make meaning from large amounts of quantitative & unstructured content (words, video or image), turning this into strategic direction or the creative springboard for marketing and innovation.
- Proficiency in developing and managing direct & matrixed reports into high-performing contributors
