Description:

  • 6+ years developmentexperience in an R12 Oracle Applications environment is a must, includingknowledge in using Oracle Application Object Library (AOL/FND).
  • Proficiencyin Oracle Applications R12 modules like AP, AR, GL, FA, CM modules.
  • Proficiencyin PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow, Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, OAF, OracleDevelopment Tools.
  • Understandingof different interfacing mechanisms, Web Services, ETL, etc.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases(including tables, views, indexes, table spaces etc.), including understandingof Entity Relationship.

Good-to-Have:

  • Basic understanding of modules like COA, Project Accounting,Quality, Product Life Cycle Management (PLM)
  • Ability to effectively communicate with 3rd Party vendors andother support teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business processes.
  • Able to perform multiple roles as an analyst/lead developer
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Expectations from the Role:

  • Analyzeand troubleshoot issues in a timely manner within the given stipulated SLA
  • Coordinationbetween Functional and Technical teams
  • Conductdemo sessions for the new features that are released in Oracle patches.
  • Maintenanceof support documents
  • Discusswith business users for new requirements and prepare Functional SpecificationDocuments & Technical Specification Documents.
