Quality Assurance Manager

AeroAntenna Technology Inc. is looking for an experienced hands-on Quality Manager to join our Quality team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and train personnel to meet highest quality and reliability standards.
• Maintain AS9100 and ISO17025 certifications.
• Collaborate with management and line production staff to achieve most efficient quality processes.
• Manage AAT supplier base.
• Manage product repair.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding quality audits and after-market services.
• Manage AAT calibration program.
• Monitor and manage outstanding quality issues.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 5 years quality assurance management or key role experience are required.
• Certified Quality Engineer or Manager designation is preferred.
• Excellent root cause and corrective action skills for electro-mechanical devices.
• Excellent understanding of AS9100 and ISO17025 standards and implementation.
• Excellent writing, reading, and communication skills.
• Understanding of FAA procedures as relate to TSO, PMA and DMIR is highly preferred.
• Proficient understanding of ESD techniques and methods. Experience with lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma or in manufacturing environments are preferred.
