Job Title: Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Reports To (Title): SVP, Finance

Job Summary:
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis will assist the Church's Finance Department in gathering and analyzing of information that will help drive profit for Church's Chicken. This Position will interact with all aspects and segments of the Church's Chicken business; examples include the international franchise team, the domestic franchise team, company-owned operations team, human resources, marketing, legal and real estate/development. In addition, this position will be a key individual in the Annual Operating Plan Process.
The Director of FP&A will have a key role in compiling, analyzing and distributing financial reports to management and operations teams as well as assisting the Executive and Leadership Teams in preparing reports and presentations for board and strategic planning meetings. They will review, document, analyze and report on the annual budget and intermediate profit and loss forecasts, review variance analysis of actual to budget data and projections and provide accounting/financial expertise and analysis for all levels of management, as necessary.

- Drive/Provide Analysis support to assigned company departments with the purpose of reducing expenses/increasing revenues
- Support the Church's Chicken Legal, Capital Development and Real Estate teams
- Responsible for Executive reporting, analysis and presentations
- Manage and provide support to reporting ongoing
- Manage the P&L database, both domestic and international, and direct the outside contractor ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Critical contributor to the annual operating plan process
- Self driven analysis designed to help Church's reach its financial goals. Independently identify financial areas of concern that are currently being overlooked by a given department.
- Ad hoc reporting as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements (Education, Qualifications, Experience):
- Bachelor's degree required and at least seven years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
