Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise SaaS Implementation Lead to oversee the successful deployment

of our AI-optimized scheduling and forecasting platform. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end

implementation process, ensuring the platform is properly set up, configured to meet client needs, and

seamlessly integrated with upstream and downstream systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional

teams, including engineering, product, and client stakeholders, to deliver a best-in-class SaaS solution that

enhances operational efficiency and business value.

Key accountabilities

This includes but is not limited to the following;
  • Implementation Leadership: Own and manage the end-to-end deployment of our enterprise SaaS platform for clients, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Client Requirements Gathering: Engage with client stakeholders to understand business needs, define success criteria, and translate them into system configuration and integration requirements.
  • Platform Setup & Configuration: Oversee the configuration of platform settings, workflows, and business rules to tailor the solution to each client's unique operational needs.
  • System Integration: Lead the integration of the platform with upstream and downstream systems, including HR, payroll, POS, inventory, and other enterprise systems.
  • Technical Coordination: Work closely with engineering teams and client IT departments to define API interactions, data flows, and security protocols.
  • Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful on-time deployments.
  • Client Training & Enablement: Guide end-users through system onboarding, training, and documentation to maximize adoption and engagement.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve technical and operational challenges during implementation, ensuring a smooth go-live experience.
  • Lead, Coach & Mentor: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Solution Consultants and Integration Engineers in the US, ensuring best practices and high-quality delivery.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather client feedback post-implementation and collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance platform capabilities.

Qualification and Skills
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, software deployment, or technical project management.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise system integrations, APIs, and data flow across platforms (e.g., HR, payroll, POS, ERP).
  • Exceptional client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and align stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience, fostering growth and excellence among SolutionConsultants and Integration Engineers.
  • Strong project management skills, with a history of delivering complex implementations on time and within scope while improving integration efficiency and system stability.
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical and operational challenges efficiently.
  • Hands-on experience in SaaS platform configuration, workflow setup, and business rule customization.
  • Proficiency with integration tools, middleware, and data transformation technologies is a plus.
  • Nice to have
    • Hands-on experience in developing system integrations, including API design, ETL processes, middleware solutions, and debugging integration code.
    • Proficiency in modern API frameworks (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks) for seamless system connectivity.
    • Experience in the QSR or hospitality industry is strongly preferred.
