Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Systems Engineer with expertise in TEMPEST to oversee the design, development, and implementation of systems that comply with electromagnetic security standards. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all systems meet rigorous TEMPEST requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of TEMPEST-compliant systems and equipment.
  • Perform electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) assessments and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of engineers in the execution of TEMPEST projects.
  • Utilize test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and receivers to evaluate system performance.
  • Develop and review schematics and circuit designs related to TEMPEST applications.
  • Conduct testing and validation of systems to ensure they meet all relevant security and performance specifications.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate TEMPEST solutions into larger systems.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems engineering with a focus on TEMPEST and electromagnetic security.
  • Certification as a Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating test equipment including oscilloscopes, signal analyzers, and receivers.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital logic design, schematics, and circuits.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and interact with clients.
