Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, specifically in the multi-family sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing garden-style, podium, and wood frame construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project stays on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and timelines for stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on timelines and budgets.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven experience managing multi-family construction projects, particularly garden-style and podium designs.
  • Strong understanding of wood frame construction methods and materials.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
