What You'll Do:
- Lead with Impact: Mentor and direct junior leaders, field superintendents, and skilled tradespeople to foster collaboration and achieve project milestones.
- Oversee the Full Project Lifecycle: Manage all phases of projects, including planning, design, execution, and close-out, ensuring top-tier outcomes.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Develop work breakdown structures, resource plans, and schedules. Monitor project costs, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Collaborate Effectively: Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, leadership teams, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure Compliance: Oversee permitting, inspections, and commissioning to maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in Complex Markets: Hands-on experience leading projects in government, federal, industrial, and mission-critical sectors.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of critical power, electrical systems, and power distribution.
- Proven Leadership: At least 7+ years managing construction teams and projects with budgets ranging from $2M to $30M+.
- Strategic Skills: Exceptional capabilities in project planning, financial tracking, scheduling, and risk management.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Construction Management, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Tech-Savvy: Skilled in tools like Bluebeam, Accubid, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and MS Office Suite.
