Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Gen AI Architect/Researcher to join our innovative team. This role focuses on driving the development and implementation of cutting-edge generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in artificial intelligence and data science to create advanced AI solutions that meet our business objectives and enhance our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect generative AI models and solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow.
• Conduct research to advance the state of the art in AI and generative models, including GPT and Llama.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into products and services.
• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to inform AI model training and validation processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.
• Mentor junior researchers and engineers in AI best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI research and development, particularly in generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with TensorFlow and other AI frameworks.
• Demonstrated understanding of machine learning algorithms and data science techniques.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, preferably in a FAANG company.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
