The Opportunity:

Lead the way to wellbeing by becoming a Nurse at Mount View Care Center. As an RN you will supervise the team caring for residents with a wide range of complex needs. You'll have the opportunity to engage with families and residents to create strong connections while using your nursing skills to assess, treat and teach a diverse resident population.

We have full time and part time shifts available. Starting pay up to $40.50 per hour, which includes shift differential for PM and Night shifts. We also offer incentive pay for working additional hours beyond your schedule. Shifts are 6:00am-2:00pm, 2:00pm - 10:00pm or 10:00pm-6:00am.

What You'll Do:

  • Assesses residents, processes information, plans and implements interventions, and evaluates outcomes.
  • Supervises, directs and collaborates with resident care team including families, doctors and residents.
  • Leads your care team through difficult and sometimes emergent situations with a diverse resident population with high care needs.
  • Performs direct resident care including medication administration using established procedures, policies, and standards.

  • Promotes Person Centered Service in all interactions with residents and team.

What You Bring:

  • A knack for prioritization, organization and time management.
  • The ability to critically think through the nursing process and other unplanned situations.
  • Thorough documentation and competent assessment skills.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to bring forward solutions and ideas.
  • Exceptional attendance and dependability.
  • Degree in Nursing earned at an accredited college or university.
  • Current Professional Nurse Registration from the Wisconsin State Board of Nursing.
  • Current BLS (CPR) Certification.
