The Role:
The Campaign Manager assists in executing online advertising programs and associated revenue pre- and post-sale. This includes but is not limited to accurate OMS entry, campaign booking and trafficking, optimization, reporting, program retention and renewal, and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues.

The Role:
The Campaign Manager assists in executing online advertising programs and associated revenue pre- and post-sale. This includes but is not limited to accurate OMS entry, campaign booking and trafficking, optimization, reporting, program retention and renewal, and ensuring prompt and proper resolution of advertiser business issues.
Responsibilities:
- Work with a global team of media planners, campaign managers, and traffickers acting as the digital expert on TIME's website, ad products and analytics, helping to provide excellent post-sales customer service to our clients and assist Sales with growing revenue
- Work with the Media Planning and Customer Success teams to improve the pre- and post-sale process to maximize revenues
- Operate as the point of contact on all post-sale matters specific to customer accounts
- Liaise across teams to ensure a timely launch and correct campaign implementation in the OMS, addressing any questions/issues that may arise
- Review IO details and terms, escalating any concerns to legal and management
- Check daily delivery and performance reports, provide updates in team meetings and support for trafficking issues
- Utilize various analytic and ad server systems (DFP, Ad-juster, Nativo, IAS) to analyze and troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance
- Build a stronger relationship between post-sale teams including trafficking team and product teams to foster a relationship of coordination and learning
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in maintaining of OMS workflow and policies
- Troubleshoot ad tags, targeting, and on-site implementation of any products running out of TIMEs ad server, GAM
- Be able to think strategically and act tactically
- Assist in analyzing and reconciling delivery for proper billing every month and report delivery with accuracy to Finance
- Assist in wrap-up analysis reporting, pulling in various sets of performance data and metrics, to help tell a story to the client about how the campaign performed and help recommend best practices for future campaigns
- Any related tasks that may arise throughout the course of a campaign.

Qualifications
- A problem solver, a go-getter, and a leader by nature
- 3+ years experience in campaign management, including experience in using an OMS and trafficking, including programmatic campaigns
- Successfully navigate change & ambiguity
- Experience working with teams in different time zones and world regions
- Demonstrated strong strategic and analytical planning and problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of ad operations systems and technology, including workflows and best practices
- Strong knowledge of marketing, media, digital advertising and technology and customer service best practices
- Collaborative, team-oriented working style
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
- Enthusiastic about innovation, positive-change and collaboration.
