As our Manager of East County BHH in our Lafayette Clinic you will lead a team who serve adults, teens, and children in a trauma informed clinical setting. You will use your clinical practice experience and rely on your systems knowledge to provide your team with guidance, direction and mentorship.

Compensation: $71,180 - $92,550 Annualized

What We Need:

  • Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology
  • Three (3+) years leading a professional level team in a community mental health environment or similar organization.
  • Licensed LPC, LCSW, Psy.D, or LMFT
  • Expert in Trauma
