JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM AND PLAY A PIVOTAL ROLE IN DRIVING GROWTH FOR OUR KEY ACCOUNTS.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our US customer base, meeting revenue targets, and delivering outstanding service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage key accounts and develop strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Oversee customer lifecycle from acquisition to retention and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervise production, including forecasting, and accommodating customer-specific requests related to flexibility, ramp-ups, and ramp-downs.
• Negotiate contracts and resolve customer issues to build long-term relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial), Business, or a related field, with a focus on sales/marketing. Alternatively, relevant industry experience.
• Solid understanding of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR 820 regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of the German language.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
