Requirements: SaaS SDR Manager, Experience in FinTech or CRM Sales is a Plus

We have been growing like crazy (up from 50 to 100+ employees in 3 years) and are very big on promoting from withing!

Our CRM makes it incredibly easy for everyone from solo financial advisors to enterprise firms to manage their current book of business, and increase their sales.

Our software integrates with leading FinTech brands and general tools like Google and Outlook. It enables them to manage their book of business, streamline their workflow, and grow their practice.

We are Series B funded for $30MM, have been in business since 2012, and have 100+ employees.

Our founders have built and exited several successful start ups and this is their third venture.

We are REMOTE first and our team is distributed throughout the country.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Remote SDR Manger with the following experience:
  • Managing SaaS SDR Teams
  • Hands on experience optimizing Salesloft, creating reports, coaching, driving team direction, etc.

Experience with the following is a big plus
  • CRM software sales
  • FinTech
  • SMB
  • WealthTech / understanding of financial advisors

You will be leading 10 SDRs who support 10 AEs.

Your role will include setting clear goals/KPIs, collaborating with sales and revenue on process optimization, identifying new lead gen strategies, and providing regular reports on SDR performance
