PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for two Project Control Analyst Seniors to join our Corporate Operations team at the company headquarter location in California, MD.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
The Project Control Analyst will ensure successful financial performance of PSI Pax projects by analyzing, reporting, and monitoring the associated financial data. This includes tracking funds expenditures, estimate to complete, and funding requirements for PSI Pax and our business partners by diligently maintaining the integrity of financial data.

Specific duties are as follows:
  • Analyze, monitor, and report on financial performance of major acquisition programs.
  • Track and coordinate contract funding requirements
  • Develop, maintain and review project spend plans
  • Prepare, review and submit contract financial deliverables to CEO
  • Develop cost estimates for major acquisition programs
  • Perform financial risk analysis and develop recommendations for mitigation
  • Track incoming and outgoing funding documents and coordinate with contract manager and Program Manager for the programs
  • Validate Direct Charges against projects (prime and subcontractor)
  • Assign personnel in the financial system to direct projects for time and expense charging and maintain the project data in support of project billing
  • Conduct analysis of the spend plan vs actual financial performance
  • Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs) by providing financial data input and participating in customer meetings
  • Prepare invoices and submit for approval in accordance with contract requirements
  • Support contract closeout
  • Lead Junior and Journeyman Project Control Analysts
  • Coordinate with HR for funding availability prior to hiring contract team members
  • Communicate issues and concerns regarding contract mods and contract execution with the Program Manager and COR


Required Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • Must have related experience including working knowledge of Government Contracts, Navy ERP and Navy working Capital Funds financial management
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is required, advanced skills in MS Excel required
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required
  • Must work well independently and in a team environment. Must have strong communication skills and ability to interface with Management and Executive level staff


Education & Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Business Management, Project Management, Technical Management, Economics, Finance, plus 4 years' work experience.
  • Associate's Degree plus six (6) years' work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree requirement.
  • HS Diploma plus eight (8) years' work experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree requirement.
