Audit Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the auditing process and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute audit engagements for various clients
• Manage and coach audit staff, providing guidance and feedback
• Review audit workpapers and financial statements
• Communicate audit findings to senior management and clients
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify and resolve technical accounting issues
• Contribute to the development of audit programs and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA certification
• 5+ years of experience in external audit
• Experience in manufacturing, telecommunications, construction, or employee benefit plans
• Experience in non-profit auditing is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and audit software
