Sign on bonus: $5000 paid quarterly over 18 months.
Responsibilities
Full-time, hours assigned based on program needs.
On-call responsibilities required (agency cell phone provided).
May cover LPN shifts as needed.
Support individuals in living safe, independent, and enjoyable lives.
Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
Experience supervising LPN staff and managing healthcare protocols.
Strong leadership, advocacy, and problem-solving skills.
