We are looking for a Technical Sourcing Recruiter to support a rapidly growing AI company as they expand their engineering, product, and research teams. The ideal candidate is a sourcing strategist who can identify top-tier technical talent, build strong pipelines, and refine recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and scalability. This role will require deep market insights, strong stakeholder collaboration, and a proactive approach to talent engagement.

What You'll Do
  • Source and engage top-tier technical talent for AI, ML, and engineering roles in a highly competitive market.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a mix of Boolean search, AI-driven tools, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of high-caliber passive candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and talent gaps.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine sourcing techniques and improve hiring outcomes.
  • Track and report sourcing metrics to measure pipeline health, outreach effectiveness, and candidate engagement.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a true brand ambassador for the company.
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of technical sourcing and recruiting experience, preferably within AI, ML, or software engineering.
  • Proven ability to source for AI, ML, and software engineering roles in fast-paced, competitive environments.
  • Strong knowledge ofscaling technical teams, including talent market trends, compensation insights, and hiring best practices.
  • Experience utilizing advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, AI sourcing tools, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to engage top passive talent.
  • A passion for AI, technology, and innovation, with an existing network in the AI/ML space being a plus.
