Apple's Vision Products Group is seeking a hands-on, seasoned QA leader to drive quality and help ship best-in-class applications and user experiences for visionOS. As a leader in our growing organization, you will oversee and drive software quality for customer-facing apps while working cross-functionally in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Description
The ideal person for this role is a passionate leader and manager who is able to communicate at a high level and dive into technical details with your team and key partners or leaders. Key to our success are the incredible Engineers on our team and in this role, you'll be leading a team of dedicated and diverse QA Engineers, both functional and automation focused. You'll be responsible for mentoring, developing and guiding them through complex development cycles for multiple areas. This role will require developing and qualifying customer-focused flows and ensuring system level quality. Your leadership skills will drive communication across multiple organizations, negotiate various asks and cultivate growth within the team.
