Position: Director, Inside Sales Account Executive Team
Role Summary:
GreenSky is seeking a dynamic Director of the Inside Sales team to lead a team of Account Executives to actively drive the prospecting and sales growth for GreenSky consumer financing within Home Improvement. The primary focus for the Director of Inside Sales is to hire, train, coach, and develop the inside sales team via daily interaction. The Director will play a critical lead role with heavy involvement in larger deals and clients. The ideal candidate will have existing experience with winning deals as well as relationship management experience, especially within the Home Improvement industry.
Organization: This position reports to the Senior Director of Inside Sales.
Location: Atlanta, Georgia area; 10% Travel Required

- Develop and lead a group of Account Executives to exceed quota every month
- Hire and train Account Executives to proactively develop sales and value propositions that will create benefit to key targeted companies
- Provide industry expertise and guidance
- Design and implement proactive relationship and growth strategies across the entire team
- Develop a strong understanding of the key vertical(s) and knowledge of the competition
- Attend select industry events and/or key target conferences
- Ensure sales cycle and processes within Salesforce.com and other tools are accurate and updated
- Deliver succinct reports/updates to leadership on a regularly defined basis with details on progress toward goals
Required Skills/Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or similar; demonstrated expertise of home improvement consumer financing
- 3-5 years of sales and relationship management experience; preferably within financing or payments space
- Proven track record of leadership success and ability to detail your success
- Proven experience operating well with ambiguity and thriving on the hunt for the deal
- Ability to coach on full sales cycle and close key target clients (research, contact, qualify, secure appointments, and close)
- Excellent presentation skills and questioning capabilities
- Experience in Salesforce.com, and Construction or Finance experience a plus
